Hot Stone Massage 

is a type of massage therapy that involves the use of smooth, heated stones. The massage therapist places the hot stones on specific points on your body and may also hold the stones while giving the massage. The localized heat and weight of the stones warm and relax muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort.

is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist places special cups on your skin to create suction, bringing stagnate blood to the surface. Benefits may include elevated muscle pain, decreased inflammation, increased blood flow, relaxation and well-being. Cupping is a type of deep-tissue massage

Raindrop Technique

is a method of using a combination of reflexology, aromatherapy, massage techniques, and essential oils applied on your spine and on the feet. High quality essential oils are placed on the reflex points on the feet where the spine is represented.
